This application process is managed by PT. Bold Business Ventures (BOLD), which will review applications and request for a discounted rate for eligible patients.

What are the eligibility requirements?

Patients may be eligible to receive a discounted rate if they meet the following requirements:

- Patient is treated for the condition in Indonesia or The Philippines

- Patient's doctor recommended to do the functional precision medicine test

- Patient has no private insurance or insurance request has been denied.

- Patient lacks financial resources to cover the test fully.
